Wellness Coaching

I am not an ordinary health coach or wellness consultant.  I use methods that are backed up not only by research but by results from individuals like you.  I have quite a history myself which you can read about in the About Me section.  Since I used to help others heal themselves so often I decided to make a business out of my passion. I have consulted with friends and family and have personally witnessed profound  healing on an emotional, physical, and spiritual level.  My methods may be considered “alternative” by some, but everything I recommend and assist with has science on its side.

Fee Structure:
55 Minute Session:  $75.00

Monthly Mentorship Program – $200.00 (includes 4- 1 hour sessions)
