    I am interested in doing the blood type diets, but don’t know where to start. I have been doing a bit of research and came across your website. I would like to know if there is a list of foods available as I am a blood type O positive. Would be grateful for some advice from you. Thank you and look forward to hearing from you.

    Dear Steve, I listen to your video on youtube. I want to stabilize my BP, it fluctuates from 77/ 119 to 90/ 140.

    I am doing my best to follow the 0 pos. type diet. I am also taking vit. C, zink, magnesium and lecithin granules.

    Also taking bladderwrack/ and kelp. My natural medicin doctor said from tests taken, blood, urin, that my liver is not working wel as does my thyroid. What do you recommend me. Can you please give me some advice?
    How long should I take bladderwrack and kelp?
    Or in how many months can I see some changes?

    Hey Karim,

    Honestly, I would stop the supplements for now and incorporate lots of leafy greens into your diet. Greens like Kale, Collard Greens, Dandelion, Spinach, and Broccoli. A lot of my clients report reduced desire for food when sticking to the highly beneficial foods. The highest quality protein source for type 0 is red meat, please incorporate some at least every other day… You also do should try to eat no more than 3X a day and try not to snack at all… Would you like to make an appointment and I can make a customized plan for you with regards to your health concerns?
